Advanstaff has been approved by Ameritas for an effective date of 11/01/2008.

The policy number is: 010-350607.


Dental identification cards and employee certificates will be shipped within approximately 5-10 working days.

If any members need to have their coverage verified, they may have their dentist call the Ameritas claims department at (800) 487-5553. The claims department is open from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Thursday and from 6:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. PST on Friday. Members may also visit us on the web at www.ameritasgroup.com for more information.
