Voluntary Benefits

Employees may "opt-in" to any of our various voluntary benefit programs. 

As with many of our other turnkey programs, the work-site employer is never burdened by administrative hassles associated with maintaining a robust benefit program.  AdvanStaff handles everything from education, to enrollment, to payroll deductions. 

Eligible benefits are automatically "flexed" through our cafeteria program to maximize income tax relief.  

As with all benefit programs offered by AdvanStaff, clients are not restricted to choosing from our already-established options.  Employers may bring their current programs with them or participate in any of our turn-key programs available.   



Supplemental Insurance (Colonial & Aflac)

ColonialAdvanStaff proudly offers the world's leaders in Supplemental Insurance Carriers - Colonial & Aflac. These policies pay you cash in the event of an injury or illness to you or a loved one. Both companies have been a part of AdvanStaff's benefits since 2000.

AdvanStaff's own licensed personnel and strategic partners are always available to field any questions you may have.  Once an employee elects to participate in any supplemental insurance program, we will handle all premium payments via payroll deduction.

Voluntary Short-term Disability

MetLifeShort term disability (STD) pays a percentage of your salary if you become temporarily disabled, meaning that you are not able to work for a short period of time due to sickness or injury (excluding on-the-job injuries, which are covered by workers compensation insurance).

AdvanStaff HR's voluntary short term disability option is 100% paid by the employee via payroll deduction.  Weekly benefit amounts are purchased in $50 increments (minimum of $100) and a maximum of $1,000, or 60% of Predisability Earnings, whichever is less.
