Service Options & Pricing

Federal and State Law requires all employers with more than one employee to post compliance posters in a common area place at work.  Our program makes compliance easy, manageable, and very cost-effective.  All clients will get a complimentary annual, updated compliance poster with the eUpdates service to the primary contact on the account.

We recognize that no company is the same, some companies (like multi-location companies) have other requirements to be met at each worksite.  Please reach out to us so that we can define a program that works for you.

The program includes:

  • A laminated compliance posters mailed to the worksite each year.  The poster is federal and state compliant and up-to-date at the time of mailing.
  • E-updates sent to the worksite manager by email.  The manager will print the attached PDF and post it by the poster as required when laws or regulations change.
  • A follow-up phone call to worksite managers to make sure all procedures are properly executed.
  • Each eUpdate service includes the $25,000 ‘Fine-Reimbursement’ Guarantee for the primary poster.

Scenario #1 – Free Poster, Free eUpdates – it’s on us!

The most common compliance package we offer works for most employers, generally those with one location and a primary contact at that location.

The program includes:

  • A laminated compliance posters mailed to the worksite each year.  The poster is federal and state compliant and up-to-date at the time of mailing.
  • E-updates sent to the primary worksite manager by email.  The manager will print the attached PDF and post it by the poster as required when laws or regulations change.
  • A follow-up phone call to worksite managers to make sure all procedures are properly executed.
  • This service includes the $25,000 ‘Fine-Reimbursement’ Guarantee.

Many small business clients fit into this scenario.

Scenario #2 – Multiple worksites, one manager

Some employers may have many locations, but a single, centralized HR manager.

The centralized HR manager oversees the poster administration at each location and utilizes the eUpdates for all locations.

The program is the same as “Scenario 1” with one exception, upon request, each worksite location will receive a new poster each year and the shared manager will receive eUpdates by email.  The manager will then ensure all other locations post the eUpdates as issued.

  • For multiple worksite companies to participate in the free poster program, they must be qualified locations. Please contact us.

Scenario #3 – Multiple worksites, many compliance managers

If an employer group has many locations, and a unique manager per worksite.  We recommend an annual poster subscription account and eUpdate service for each location.  Dedicating an e-update service to each manager takes the administrative burden off a centralized manager.

The program is the same as “Scenario 1” with one exception, each worksite location and each unique manager will have its own dedicated eUpdate account.

  • For multiple worksite companies to participate in the free poster program, they must be qualified locations. Please contact us.

Scenario #4 – Stand alone Poster Pricing

Managers can also order additional posters for their workplace.  Perhaps the location has many gathering places and break rooms, or maybe managers loves our posters so much, they want to take one home. 🙂

Stand alone Poster Pricing:

  • $30 each – Up-to-date Laminated State and Federal Combo Poster (qty 1-10)
  • $20 each – Up-to-date Laminated State and Federal Combo Poster (qty 11+)

Shipping Charges:

  • $10 shipping for up to three posters
  • Free shipping for more than three posters.
