Poster Program Pricing

Federal and State Law requires all employers with more than one employee to post compliance posters in a common area place at work.  Our program makes compliance easy and manageable at a very fair price.

We recognize that some companies (like multi-location companies) may have special requirements.

Thus we have a few options:

Scenario 1 – Single worksite, single manager ($7 / mo.)

The most common compliance package we offer works for most employers, generally those with one location and a primary contact at that location.

The program includes:

  • A laminated compliance posters mailed to the worksite each year.  The poster is federally and state compliant and up-to-date at the time of mailing.
  • E-updates sent to the primary worksite manager by email.  The manager will print the attached PDF and post it by the poster as required when laws or regulations change.
  • A follow-up phone call to worksite managers to make sure all procedures are properly executed.
  • This service includes the $25,000 ‘Fine-Reimbursement’ Guarantee.

Billing example:

  • An employer group has a single location.
  • $7 will be billed to the location on the first invoice of every month.

$7 flat
x 1 (locations)
= $7 per month total monthly billing

Scenario 2 – Multiple worksites ($7 / mo. / worksite)

If an employer group has many locations, and a dedicated manager per worksite.  We recommend setting each location up with their own subscription account.  Successful compliance programs are easy to administer.  Dedicating an e-update service to each manager takes the administrative burden off a centralized manager.

The program is the same as “Scenario 1” with one exception, each worksite location will have its own account and will be billed separately:

  • Annual laminated compliance posters mailed to the worksite.  The poster is federally and state compliant and up-to-date at the time of mailing.
  • E-updates sent to the primary worksite contact by email.  The manager will print the attached PDF and post it by the poster as required when laws or regulations change.
  • A follow-up phone call to worksite managers to make sure all procedures are properly executed.
  • This service includes the $25,000 ‘Fine-Reimbursement’ Guarantee.

Billing example:

  • An employer group has 5 locations.
  • Each location has employees, and each location has a worksite manager.
  • The billing will assign a $7 each month to each location.

$7 flat
x 5 (locations)
= $35 per month total monthly billing

Scenario 3 – Multiple worksites ($7 / mo.  + $25 per year per add-on poster)

Some employers may have many locations, but shared managers.

In this scenario, the employer may opt to have a dedicated program as defined in Scenario 2 which would include a new poster being automatically mailed each year.  We highly recommend that option as it is easy to “set-it-and-forget-it.”  However, it is not mandatory and another option is available.

One location and one manager will receive updates automatically.  The manger would then share information with each location they cover.

This program would operate as follows:

  • An annual laminated compliance poster is mailed to the primary worksite.  The poster is federally and state compliant and up-to-date at the time of mailing.
  • E-updates sent to the primary worksite contact by email.  The manager will print the attached PDF and post it by the poster as required when laws or regulations change.
  • The manager will then ensure all other locations receive the updated PDF posting.  Each location will NOT receive an email or followup call.
  • Annually, the manager can purchase updated posters at a one-time cost of $25 per poster + shipping for each secondary location.  Shipping charges will vary on the number of locations, but would generally be $10.
  • This scenario will not be covered by the $25,000 ‘Fine-Reimbursement’ Guarantee. for secondary locations.  The primary would be covered.

Billing example:

  • An employer group has 5 locations.
  • Each location has employees, but all locations are managed by a centralized manager who wants to cut costs and manage parts of the program in house to save on fees.
  • Billing will assign $7 / mo. to the primary location.
  • Additional posters can be ordered as needed for $25 ea. plus shipping.

$7 flat
x 1 (primary location)
= $7 per month total monthly billing.

+ $25 + shipping ($10 ish) per poster each year as needed.
