Employee Status / Type

Employee status (Full time, Part time, On Call, etc.) can be changed on the Name tab of the employee’s record.

  • Log in to the Manager Portal for your AdvanStaff HR Client Account
  • Navigate to the Employee’s Record
  • Select the Name Tab
  • Click on the Status Type Change link
    • Enter the New Employment Status
    • Enter the New Employment Type
  • If applicable, enter the New Standard Hours
  • Enter the Status /Type Date the change is effective
  • Enter the Reason for the Status / Type change
  • Click Save!
