How do I add Direct Deposit online?

NOTE: Due to a technical issue being addressed by our software developers, we have TEMPORARILY disabled the ability to edit your direct deposit account information through the portal.

Please call our employee success department at 702-598-0000 to update your account information over the phone.

We expect this service to be restored in March. We appreciate your patience.

To add direct deposit, please be sure to log in to your ESS Web Portal to ensure you are able to access the following steps.

Once you are logged in and viewing your Dashboard, use the navigation tabs to the left to start.

These steps are highlighted below for a visual with a fake account listed in a test employee.
Click PAY -> Direct Deposit -> Add Account

Please always keep in mind that our prenotification process takes 7 to 10 business days to verify the account information entered. This is crucial in knowing how soon you will receive a direct deposit on your pay day.

      We temporarily disabled the ability to update bank account information online because the notifications were not being received when direct deposit information was updated. I failed to update the page on the info center. Thank you for bringing it to my attention. We will re-enable the feature once the developers do their thing, I think it will be mid March (2020).

      We are requiring employees to call in to our offices to update their banking info until the feature is re-enabled.
